How do you make a statement? Our client for the Red Cube Residence wanted to create an impact along their neighborhood. Coming from a fairly old residential structure, our team wanted to convey this message by introducing new traits to the old facade.

By using big volumetric elements and accentuating the facade with striking colors of red, the structure immediately grabs the attention of passers-by. We then contrasted this with neutral colors as backdrop of the structure. New windows and sunshades were also introduced to create better air circulation in the interiors of the home.
